Studies in vivo using transgenic approaches are specified. Basal: SF-1 is required for basal promoter activity of the gene being studied. Induction: SF-1 participates to the cAMP responsiveness of the gene. A different induction signal is stated. N.D. SF-1 implication in the cAMP responsiveness was not determined.
