Immunoblot detection of LXRα in transfected COS-7 cells using anti-LXRα mAb and anti-LXRβ mAb Nuclear extracts of RXRα, LXRα and LXRβ transfected COS-7 cells (20 μg per lane) were separated on a SDS-polyacrylamide gel (10%), subjected to electrophoresis and transferred to PVDF membrane. (A) Anti-LXRα mAb was used as first antibody. Lanes: 1, untransfected; 2, RXRα; 3, LXRα; 4, LXRβ. (B) Anti-LXRβ mAb was used. Lanes: 1, untransfected; 2, LXRβ.
